the room with a balcony. location: the hotel was close to the trodos mountains, a supermarket, petrol station and bakery and a bakery that was still open.

We had a quite comfortable stay in this absolutely gorgeous and nice hotel. Everything was nice, nevertheless a few employees were arrogant. Really enjoyed the exceptionally nice and warm room with a balcony. Stunning central location so close to a nearby cafe, very close to supermarket pharmacy cafe, and a supermarket. Great location, surrounded by greenery and beautiful scenery. the hotel is situated near a river and a monastery, making it perfect for nature lovers. the view from the hotel is also stunning. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.
The breakfast options were limited and not to everyone's taste, with an emphasis on fried food. there were maintenance issues in the rooms, such as mold in the bathroom and slow toilet filling.

I recently stayed at New Okella Hotel for a mountain getaway with my family. The room was impeccable, with a fresh and clean scent that greeted us upon arrival. The location was perfect for exploring Platres and Troodos, with easy access to hiking trails. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket, petrol station, and bakery nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even when we unexpectedly had an extra child with us. The breakfast provided was excellent for the price paid. The view from the hotel was stunning, with the relaxing sounds of a small river nearby.
